Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
   Welcome to OVS Innovation. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients engaging with our services, including website development, digital marketing, and other IT-related solutions.
2. Services Provided
   We offer the following services:

• Web Development (MERN & WordPress)
• Social Media Marketing
• Search Engine Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• App Development (Outsourced)
• SMS & WhatsApp Marketing (Outsourced)
• Digital Products Development

3. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide accurate project details, requirements, and deadlines before the commencement of work.
• All necessary content, images, and credentials should be provided timely to avoid delays.
• The client agrees to review and approve deliverables within the specified timeline.

4. Payment Terms

• A minimum of 50% advance payment is required before the project starts.
• The remaining 50% must be cleared before final delivery or deployment.
• No refunds will be provided once the project has commenced.

5. Revisions & Modifications

• We provide up to two free revisions for web development projects. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• Digital marketing campaigns require a minimum duration of three months for effective results. Any early termination may result in additional charges.

6. Project Timelines & Delays

• Estimated project timelines will be shared before starting. However, unforeseen technical or client-side delays may impact deadlines.
• If a client fails to provide required materials within 10 days of request, the project may be put on hold.

Intellectual Property Rights

• Upon full payment, the client will own the final website, designs, and content created.
• OVS Innovation reserves the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• All client data and information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
• We adhere to industry-standard data protection measures to ensure security.

9. Liability & Warranty

• We provide 30-day post-launch support for technical issues related to web development.
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures, including hosting, domain, or third-party plugins.

10. Termination & Refund Policy

• Either party may terminate the contract with a 15-day written notice.
• Refunds will only be provided if OVS Innovation fails to deliver the agreed services, subject to review.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mutual discussion.
• If unresolved, disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

12. Amendments & Updates

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of major changes.
